Wedding rates for 2026 and 2027:

Full weekend wedding

Friday to Sunday up to 120 guests

from £3,995

  • Two nights, exclusive use of barns and private camping fields

  • Camping for all guests

  • Staffed bar, with drinks packages available

  • Kitchen Barn for use by caterer of your choice for wedding meal and breaksfast

  • Glamping Bell tent for the couple

  • Guest glamping in Bell tents an optional extra

  • Arrival is from 2pm on Friday, Saturday is the wedding day and check-out is 2pm on Sunday

30 guests - £3,995
60 guests - £4,995
120 guests - £5,995

  • Each additional guest (not exceeding the maximum of 120): £20

  • Up to 45 people the day before or after the wedding, £750 per night

Weekday wedding

One-day events up to 40 guests

£2,500

  • 24-hour use of all the Llyn Gwynant Barn facilities for ceremony, celebration and photos

  • Often on a Wednesday

  • Check-in and camping the day before may be on offer by arrangement.

  • Each additional guest (not exceeding maximum of 50): £20

Micro wedding

Weekday event up to 10 guests

£750

  • Weekday booking

  • Three-hour use of the Barns for ceremony and photos

“On the Friday, some of our guests arrived early and we all enjoyed fish and chips together under the marquee with welcome drinks while taking in the incredible scenery. It was such a lovely, relaxed start to the weekend and gave everyone a chance to settle in before the celebrations began.

The day itself was everything we had hoped for. The celebrations continued until just after midnight and, while the music finished as agreed, guests were free to continue enjoying the venue and each other's company. That relaxed atmosphere is one of the things that makes Llyn Gwynant Barns so special.

We booked the venue from Thursday through to Monday, and I am so glad we did. Having the extra day on Sunday meant there was no pressure to rush around clearing up. Instead, we were able to tidy up gradually and actually enjoy being there after the wedding… we lit the fire in the main barn and spent the afternoon with family and friends chatting around it. It was such a cosy and memorable end to an incredible weekend.”
